How Do I Delete My Account?

If you would like to delete your BlankClothing.ca customer account, you can submit a request to our team.

Request Account Deletion

Email privacy@blankclothing.ca and request that your BlankClothing.ca account be deleted.

Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with the account you would like deleted.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

What Happens to Previous Order Information?

Deleting a customer account does not necessarily mean that every record associated with previous transactions can be immediately deleted.

Certain order, payment, shipping, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
