How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check the status of your BlankClothing.ca order through your customer account.
Check Your Order Online

- Sign in using the email address associated with your order.
- Open your order history.
- Select the applicable order to review its current status.
Placed Your Order Without Setting Up a Password?
A customer account may have been created using the email address entered during checkout.
If you have not created a password, use the password-reset option associated with the same email address to access your account.
Has Your Order Shipped?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your order.
If you cannot find the tracking email, check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer service.
