When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number whenever possible. This helps our customer service team locate your order and assist you more quickly.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Our office is also closed on statutory holidays. Messages received outside regular business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Our Vancouver head office includes a showroom with a selection of sample garments that customers are welcome to view during regular business hours.

Please note: order inventory is not stored at our Vancouver office. BlankClothing.ca orders are fulfilled from our Canadian distribution warehouses and must be shipped to the customer. Apparel order pickup is not available at the Vancouver location.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, please review our Returns Information before sending merchandise back.

Returns must be authorized before they are shipped. Please do not send returns to our Vancouver office unless specifically instructed to do so.
