Shipping Rates
Shipping from BlankClothing.ca starts at $12.50 and is calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery location and the warehouse or warehouses fulfilling your products.
For an accurate shipping estimate, add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and enter your postal code.
Qualifying orders over $400 before tax receive free standard shipping within our regular Canadian service area. Some remote or rural destinations may not qualify for free shipping even when the minimum purchase requirement is met.
Orders shipping to Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Speed
BlankClothing.ca fulfills apparel orders from Canadian warehouse inventory located in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
Orders placed before approximately 3:00 PM local warehouse time will generally ship the same business day when inventory is available, although same-day shipment is not guaranteed.
Typical delivery times are approximately 1–2 business days within the same province and 2–5 business days when shipping between provinces.
Express service is typically delivered the next business day to many Canadian destinations.
Delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates provided by the applicable carrier. These estimates are generally accurate when an order can be processed without delays, but they are not guaranteed.
Canadian Warehouse Fulfillment
The warehouse used to fulfill your order depends on product availability and your delivery location.
An order may contain products shipping from more than one warehouse. Split shipments can affect delivery times and may result in additional shipping costs.
Products placed in your shopping cart are not reserved until checkout is completed. Inventory availability and the warehouse shipping a product can therefore change before the order is placed.
Shipping Carriers
BlankClothing.ca primarily ships orders using Purolator and UPS.
Orders destined for the Yukon and Northwest Territories are shipped using Purolator.
Orders destined for Nunavut are shipped using Canada Post and are not eligible for free shipping.
Large & Freight Orders
Orders weighing more than approximately 500 lb, which is roughly equivalent to 1,000 T-shirts depending on the products ordered, will generally be shipped using a freight forwarder.
If you require express courier service for an order exceeding the freight threshold, you may need to place the products as multiple smaller orders.
Remote & Rural Shipping
Free shipping may not be available to certain remote or rural Canadian destinations even when an order exceeds the $400 qualifying threshold.
If additional shipping charges are required, a member of our customer service team will contact you with a shipping quote. The order will continue processing after the additional charges have been approved.
Shipping Restrictions
BlankClothing.ca currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship to PO boxes or destinations outside Canada, and same-day local delivery is not available.
Once an order has entered warehouse processing, the shipping method generally cannot be changed.
Order Notes & Delivery Requests
Order notes require manual review and may delay processing, particularly when an order is placed outside regular customer service hours.
Special delivery requests are not guaranteed. Carrier delivery procedures and the ability to accommodate special instructions are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If tracking information is still missing, please contact our customer service team and include your order number.
Warehouse Pickup
Apparel warehouse pickup is not available. Our Canadian distribution warehouses are fulfillment facilities and are not open to the public.
Warehouse Verification Tool
Our Warehouse Verification Tool gives you greater control over where your apparel order ships from.
The tool allows you to select a preferred warehouse and verify product availability from that location before completing your order. This can help reduce split shipments, avoid the need for warehouse instructions in order notes and improve fulfillment planning.
