    Surprising Quality

Posted by Alaina Archibald on 1st Feb 2018

While unfortunately the size I ordered was too big for the person I bought it for because I didn't realize it was a mens (which is silly of me), I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price. The fleece is thick and dense, and embroidered well. Would certainly buy again, but would likely do so in a womens style as the mens are very 'boxy'.

    Reasonable base or mid-layer fleece

Posted by Noah on 3rd Jan 2018

Sizing on this site in general seems to run small. That's true for both Ash City Core 365 and Gildan stuff at least. Seems like it might be smaller than international 5XL. I got this in red and yellow, the yellow was as pictured however the red is significantly brighter than the classic red currently pictured. Still all that said I buy my clothes extra baggy and size variations as well as my love of a loose fit are one of the reasons I do that. Colour doesn't bother me much, I like either red. The fleece is going to make a pretty good base or mid layer for me. The one thing I really feel it is missing is a drawstring at the hem line other than the concerns I already mentioned. It didn't advertise having that and I can use it without that, just not as a outerwear layer as it will need to be either held in place by another jacket's drawstring OR tucked into the pants. Anyways though it's good cheap fleece, cheaper than many but maybe even better deals exist so shop around.
