When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number whenever possible. This allows our customer service team to locate your order and assist you more quickly.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

We are also closed on statutory holidays. Emails received outside regular business hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

Our Vancouver head office includes a showroom with a selection of sample garments that customers can view during regular business hours.

Please note: customer order inventory is not stored at our Vancouver office. Blank apparel orders are fulfilled through our Canadian distribution warehouses and apparel order pickup is not available at this location.

Shipping Questions

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return all or part of an order, please review our Returns & Refunds page before sending merchandise back.

Returns must be authorized before they are shipped. Your return instructions will identify the correct return location, so please do not send returns to our Vancouver office unless specifically instructed to do so.

BlankClothing.ca accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Warehouse & Inventory Questions

BlankClothing.ca fulfills apparel orders from Canadian warehouse inventory in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

If you would like to confirm inventory from a particular warehouse before ordering, use our Warehouse Verification Tool. The tool can help reduce split shipments and give you more control over the warehouse used to fulfill your order.

Need help choosing blank apparel for screen printing, embroidery, DTF application, uniforms, teams or another project? Our customer service team can assist with general product information, sizing, colours, inventory and ordering questions.
