I love the hoodies, but mine came with holes in them right out of the box

After opening my package of hoodies and tee shirts I reach in the box and pull out my size(L) in a black hoodie, and go to put it on and realize they're four holes in the right arm by the cuff. And I'm not sure in I should be getting another one or what the policy is.
