How fast can I get my order?

A - Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks depending on what type of work is being done and how large the order is. It is best to email Amy to inquire about the current production schedule.

How do I pay for my order?

A - We accept Visa, MasterCard, E-transfer, PayPal and company cheques. A 50% deposit might be required for new customers. Payment in full is required upon completion.

Can I see a proof or sample beforehand?

A - Yes and Yes! We can provide a digital PDF proof for printing. It shows the image, sizes, pantone colours and placement of the garments. For embroidered garments we will email you a scanned image of your design on a sample piece of material. No physical samples are given out.
