Shipping & Returns (old)

Need to return all or part of your order?  No problem!  Just email with a complete list of all of the items you
would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.
Please include your order number.  We will reply with return instructions.

Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid (you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs)
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed to original method of payment.

Order cancellation can only be made before the order is sent into picking - this typically happens within ten minutes of hitting 'Place Order', even outside of our operating hours. Please always thoroughly double check your order details before placing it as our ability to make changes is extremely limited once the order is in progress.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Need your order FAST?  No problem!  All in stock orders placed before
1:00 PM EST are picked up by UPS the same day. 

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from our Ontario warehouse.  Most orders are delivered 1 to 5 business days after being placed, based on proximity to warehouse. We will notify you within 24 hours there are any stock issues. 

Shipping Method
Orders can be shipped with either UPS Ground or UPS Express Saver. 
Most orders shipped with UPS Express Saver will arrive the following business day, excluding remote areas, which can take up to three business days.

Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated by weight. Add items to the shopping cart along with a postal code to see costs before payment is required.
Most orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping*
*Some restrictions apply. Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or any location deemed remote by UPS are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Area only ships within Canada.

Please note that we are unable to deliver directly to P.O. boxes; we will require a physical street address prior to processing your order.
